I am Mar\u00eda del Pilar Fern\u00e1ndez P\u00e1rraga, a qualified Spanish lawyer, holding a Law degree from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, a Master\u2019s Degree granting access to the legal profession, and additional specialised legal training completed in both Spain and the United Kingdom.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

I have always had a clear vocation for the law and, in particular, for supporting people at important moments in their lives, helping them understand how the decisions they make\u2014whether personal, family-related or professional\u2014carry legal implications far more often than we tend to realise. Because behind every legal enquiry there is a personal story, a family, a project or a future that deserves careful attention.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

My understanding of this profession, and of its real impact on people\u2019s lives, changed profoundly during the six years I lived and worked in the United Kingdom. Living in another country, integrating into a different legal and cultural environment, and facing real-life personal and professional decisions led me, from within, to ask very specific questions:<\/span><\/i><\/p>

what happens when you build your life in another State? how does that affect your future rights, such as pension entitlements, if you later decide to return to your country of origin? what legal implications arise from marrying abroad or starting a family in an international context? what does it mean to adopt a different surname? and how are all these decisions reflected over time from a legal perspective?<\/span><\/i><\/p>

That experience allowed me to understand that the law does not intervene only when a dispute arises, but rather that it is constantly present in our everyday decisions, shaping personal, family and professional circumstances both within and outside Spain. For this reason, I firmly believe that its greatest value lies in understanding it at the right time, with clarity and proper guidance, before conflicts emerge.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

My training and professional experience focus on the areas that have the greatest impact on people\u2019s lives, personal wealth and legacy: real estate law, corporate and commercial law, international mobility and family law. It is at this intersection that I found my way of practising, connecting the legal with the human, bringing together disciplines that are often treated separately in order to provide coherent, practical solutions aligned with each individual story.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Over time, I have confirmed something that guides my work every day. The law is not a barrier, nor merely an accumulation of rules. It is a tool to protect, organise and provide stability to what truly matters, when exercised with rigour, proximity and values.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
